Warranty Policy

1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

2. A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.

3. If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 9 months, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.

4. For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.

5. For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.

Return Policy

1. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through info@battery-pro.net or filling out the Application. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

2. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through info@battery-pro.net.to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

3. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.

4. Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

General ordering policy

Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order confirmation to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card used in the order for the amount charged.
